A licensed electrical engineer with more than 20 years in energy infrastructure, Chris has designed, managed, and executed projects across wind, solar, and hybrid energy systems.

He brings both technical depth and strategic foresight — helping clients identify new opportunities, streamline delivery, and plan for the long term.

Chris's work reflects a balance of precision, collaboration, and genuine curiosity about better ways to engineer.

Tom Ross

Founding Partner / Project Management & Delivery

With over 18 years in renewable energy project management, Tom has led development, due diligence, and construction efforts for major solar and wind portfolios across the U.S.

He specializes in solving complex scheduling, permitting, and interconnection challenges for developers and investors.

Known for his pragmatic approach and steady leadership, Tom keeps teams aligned and projects moving efficiently from concept to completion.
